reddit search_users response (normalized envelope)
Paginated keyword search over Reddit users as normalized user entities (capability reddit.search_users; the dynamic search surface with search_type=people pinned). Page size follows the request's `limit` parameter (1..100, default 20). Envelope of GET /v1/reddit/search/users.
